Six Family Teams will win a trip to
Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida.
3 trips will go to the top 3 national Family
Teams based on total money raised.
3 trips will go to 3 Family Teams selected
by random drawing.

hotel accommodations and a two-day Park Hopper
pass for four team members.*
• Travel between August 1 to December 31, 2014.*
• Family Teams receive one entry into the drawing
for every $500 raised.

How to qualify for the drawing
• Your team must have a minimum of four registered fundraisers** to qualify.
• All money must be received online or turned in to your local March of Dimes office by June 16, 2014, to qualify.
• You may also qualify by sending in your name on a postcard (one per person) to Scott Archimbaud at March
of Dimes, 1275 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605 —
no purchase or participation necessary.
• Drawing to be held on July 1, 2014, at the March of Dimes National Office, White Plains, New York.
• March of Dimes employees or family members are not eligible to participate.
**A registered fundraiser is a person who is part of a Family Team and has received funds.
